6 Mo+ Serving Aussie
Restoring Australian homes — and the health of the families inside them.
Our approach

We don't restore buildings.
We restore the people inside them.

CLC Restore was born in Melbourne in 2026 from our own lived experience with asthma, poor indoor air quality, and hidden mould contamination. After moving away from our homeland in the hope of building a healthier life, we were confronted with the reality that our own home environment was still affecting our wellbeing.

That journey opened our eyes to how damaging mould and indoor contamination can be — and inspired us to create CLC Restore, helping other families protect their homes, health, and peace of mind. We stopped seeing damp, mold and water damage as cosmetic problems. We started treating them as indoor air quality problems — because that's what they are.

Today, every job we do is built on that same conviction: a healthier building means healthier humans.

Health-first protocols
Every job is risk-assessed for vulnerable residents — kids, elderly, asthma, immune-compromised — before we lift a tool.
Low-tox materials
Eco-certified biocides, zero-VOC sealants, and natural ventilation engineering. No chemical hangover.

Questions, answered honestly

Before you book us — things worth knowing.

It is genuinely a health risk. Australian Department of Health research links chronic indoor mold exposure to asthma, allergic rhinitis, recurrent sinusitis, eczema flares, and worsened immune-compromised conditions. Visible spots are only the surface of a microbial ecosystem releasing spores and mycotoxins into the air your family breathe.s

Indoor-air-quality testers. That means we don't just paint over moisture — we find the source, fix the structure, and verify the air is genuinely clean before we hand the keys back.

Most jobs don't require it. We use negative-air containment to isolate the work zone so your family can keep living normally. For larger remediation projects we'll tell you upfront if a short stay elsewhere is the safest call.

Yes. We provide insurance-ready scope reports, moisture maps, and itemised quotes accepted by every major Australian insurer. We can liaise with your assessor directly to take the admin off your plate.

3-year warranty on moisture-control installations, and post-clearance air-quality testing on every remediation — in writing.

Emergency water-damage response within 4 hours across Melbourne. Standard inspection bookings within 48 hours.
